Hello, did you apply any oil to the tooth or just use the tooth paste? Plus did you add anything rlse to diet?

Kristy, the only change was the toothpaste. To say that I'm amazed of the results would be an understatement. I have heard of people adding a drop of Orange oil to their toothpaste to whiten teeth, but I haven't done that yet. Some also have done oil pulling with Thieves oil to improve the condition of their teeth.

I'm sorry! I mean Kirsty.

Thank you for your reply :) I am using tooth paste and brought some of their oils too. My teeth are in a terrible state after depression the last few months :( but I hate the dentist and the rubbish they put in our bodies

I hope it works for you! I'm sorry to hear about your depression. Maybe you can find something that will help you in your fight with that.

Absolutely! Getting a healthier set of teeth shouldn’t be too difficult. It’s amazing how easy you found a solution, which is to change the type of toothpaste you use. I’d say that’s very practical, and not too complicated. Kudos on you and your mom. I bet the trip to the dentist was surprising! Thanks for sharing!

Your dental health really does matter and I have noticed that working with the right person is going to help out a lot. This is why I go to a dentist I've been going to for years. It has been an issue I've dealt with for quite some time and I know how important it can be to have that help.

I, too, am a huge believer in young oils. When I saw the first signs of a cavity in my mouth, I began to incorporate the oils into my brushing routine in place of mouthwash. Just like in your pics, the cavity was completely gone and now I use the oils every day regardless. They are a better alternative than any mouthwash.

Brooke, how many days (or weeks) did it take for your cavity to resolve?
